Maryland Legislative Latino Caucus and MDHCC Issue Call For Action To Protect DACA Program

Annapolis, MD -The Maryland Legislative Latino Caucus (MLLC) and Maryland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (MDHCC) join together to reject the end of DACA as a mean-spirited act and, without hesitation, stand with the 800,000 young lives who will be irreparably harmed if this President is permitted to continue on this course. We add our voices to the many who loudly condemn President Trump’s abrupt end of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Program. Ending DACA is the act of a bully - this action cannot be defended.
