About Us
Maryland Legislative Latino Caucus (MLLC) was created in 2014 by just a handful of Latino members of the General Assembly. From its initiation, the MLLC has been dedicated to advocating for equity and adequate representation for Latinos and immigrant populations in the legislature. Today, the MLLC has a body of more than fifty members. That's more than fifty state Senators and Delegates that are working together to be the voice for Latinos in the Maryland General Assembly.
